Linkbraeheads bed and breakfast known locally as
"Linkies", is conveniently placed on the A98
between the scenic villages of Cullen and
Portsoy, close to the historic village of Fordyce
and above the village of Sandend with its
secluded sandy beach - popular with surfers.

Whether you are just passing through or staying to
enjoy a holiday there are plenty of places within
easy reach of this pleasant and welcoming Portsoy,
bed and breakfast to visit.... The malt whisky
trail, the coastal trail, including many historic
fishing villages as well as or own Portsoy with its
17th Century harbour.The village also hosts the
Scottish Traditional Boats Festival in June, and is
close to Pennan where the film 'Local Hero' was
filmed. There are also boat trips around the coast
where you can see the Moray Firth bottle nosed
Dolphins. Salmon Fishing, Sea Angling,
Bird Watching and of course Golf are all available in
abundance close by. We are also situated just
above the beach at Sandend which is popular with surfers
